You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, cnbook.ca will offer you a choice of one shipping methods now on the Order Information page at checkout. Our one available shipping methods are:
Standard Shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 10 - 15 business days. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination. (Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.)
Before we can ship your order, cnbook.ca has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package items. The duration of preparing your items for shipping and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.
Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.
Follow these steps to calculate shipping costs on any order:
1) On the item's Product Details page, click on Add to Cart.
2) Enter your Shopping Cart and look for "Estimate Shipping Costs" at the bottom of the page to see total shipping costs for the items in your cart.
3) On the Ship to: drop-down menu, choose the country of delivery for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
You can open your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page on cnbook.ca.
Putting an item in your cart doesn't mean you have to order it. If you no longer want an item after seeing the estimated shipping costs, click Delete.
